Meredeth Machial signs on with Charlex as EP.
New York-based creative design studio Charlex has hired Meredith Machial as its new Executive Producer.  Machial brings more than 10 years of experience in VFX, post-production and broadcast production to her new position, and has worked with every major ad agency, producing work for a variety of brands from Lexus and Hyundai to Burger King and the NFL.

Machial, a veteran producer and sales and marketing pro, was drawn to Charlex's wide-ranging portfolio, which covers VFX, 3D animation and design, and its reputation in the ad industry as a creative, consistent and client-focused company.

"Charlex is an incredibly diverse studio, with unrivaled creative and technical expertise," Machial comments.  "I've been a big admirer of their work for a long time and am looking forward to collaborating with the talent and creating some memorable work."

Machial began her career at Reel FX and moved to Radium in Los Angeles following the merger of the two companies. Prior to joining Charlex, she held executive producer positions at Resident Creative Studio in New York City and SWAY in Los Angeles, where she worked with agencies such as Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, Team One, Butler Shine & Stern, GSD&M, Saatchi & Saatchi, Leo Burnett, Team Detroit, Crispin Porter & Bogusky and Doner. While at SWAY Machial also executive produced for feature and television projects, including “2012” and “Nip/Tuck.”

"Meredith's range of experience has given her a valuable depth of knowledge in the VFX and design worlds," says Charlex President Chris Byrnes. "She understands the creative process from multiple perspectives- the agency, the client, the director, the production company and the individual artist. We are very excited to add her to our team.”
